Frank Maranda: Frank is back home from the hospital, 61 Boston Post Rd, Old Lyme, CT  06371, (860) 434-2008 .  The doctors successfully put in two stents.  Frank is doing well and a card, or  phone call would be welcomed and I am sure would brighten his day. 

 

Jim Schenk:   Jim Schenk is in the Albany Veterans Hospital, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York  12208-3473
Tel: (518) 626-5000.  Jim has been fighting Cancer since 2007.  Calls or cards would be welcome, please call first if you want to visit.

 

Don Barley:  Don is home from the hospital, 18 Indian Field Rd, Groton, CT 06340, phone (860) 303-4830, following Pancreatic cancer surgery and a minor stroke.  He weighs 114 lbs at this point but doing well under the circumstances.  He's in good spirits and ready to receive calls or visits.

 

Mike LaRoseMike has been transferred to Lyman 207, Gaylord Hospital, P.O. Box 400, Wallingford, CT 06492.  It's a long term acute care hospital where he has started rehab, and at this point, if he remains medically stable, they expect him to remain there for a month.  The neuro team from Yale does rounds there and if he has any further issues that they can't handle at Gaylord, he will get sent back to Yale New Haven.  Visiting hours are from 1:00 - 8:30 pm or you can drop him a line at the above address.  He's in good spirits - really tired, but mentally ready to move on and get back home.

Otto Welper: 136 Hunters Rd., Lot 61, Norwich, CT 06360, (860)886-0410 (Home) Call, write or visit.  Unsuccessful knee replacement, recent loss of sight in right eye after falling out of bed and striking corner of nightstand directly in right eye.  Limited mobility, may have lost ability to drive an automobile, still in good spirits.
