2011 Membership Renewal As we hit 1 July, our focus starts to shift some. We start to shift our focus on membership renewals. I know what you are thinking. "Give us a break; we are 6 months away from the end of the year". We always start our Membership Renewal Campaign on 1 Jul which is usually at least 3 - 4 months ahead of the rest of the organization. Why? Because we have so many more members than every other base, and history tells us we need that much time to get everyone to renew. Starting on 1 July with over 2200 members it puts us in a much better posture on 31 Dec when the New Year starts with minimal number of members being dropped.
Here's the good news. This year with our HOLLAND CLUB Members, and so many of you who have paid your dues in advance we are sitting so much better than we have ever been before. We have over 1200 members who are either paid for 2011 or, are HOLLAND CLUB Members leaving only 992 members who need to renew as of right now. That's only 43% of our membership. So if those who have to renew take care of business we will really be sitting great on 31 December when the membership year comes to an end.
How do you know if you have to renew for 2011 or not? Go to our web page look for your last name and then look at the PTD.
To renew your dues, you can do this one of several ways. You can go to the Membership Renewal Page print out the renewal form and either mail it in, or drop it off at the club. Or you can continue on that page and renew your dues securely and quickly right there on line. On the Membership Renewal Page
you will see the prices for Membership Renewals for Associate, Regular, and Life Members. as well as the prices for multiple year membership renewals. MULTIPLE YEAR Membership renewals are strongly recommended so you don't have to deal with dues every year. You can renew your dues as many years in advance as you like. Many people like myself have paid dues out in advance till they go in the HOLLAND CLUB so they never have to worry about it again.
A reminder to all Life Members, unless you are a HOLLAND CLUB Member you are still required to renew Base Dues.
So let's Get er done and send in those Membership Renewals as soon as possible so we don't have to worry about it when the Summer is over and we start getting into the HOLIDAYS. The goal is always to have less than 7% non-renewals.
